Hot Garlic Chicken

  • 450gm chicken cut into bite size

  • 1/2 tspn pepper powder

  • 1/2 tspn salt

  • 1 tspn soy sauce

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 tspn oil

  • 4 tbls cornflour

  • Mix together and set aside 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry marinated chicken until brown

    Sauce


  • 4 tbsp Tomato puree

  • 2 tbsp red chillei sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbspn corn flour

  • 5-6 tbspn water

  • Mix well to make sauce.

  • Heat 3 tbsp oil

  • 25 gms garlic (10 cloves) stir

  • 3-4 tbsp spring onion whites

  • 4 dry red chilli (cut)

  • Green chilli (cut) 4 nos - fry 2 mins

  • Add the sauce mix in

  • pinch of salt & pepper

  • Cook 1-2 mins on low heat until sauce thickens

  • Add chicken - cook high heat for 2 mins

  • Add spring onion greens (3 tbspn)

  • Stir fry 1 min & serve.
