> | Hot Garlic Chicken
- 450gm chicken cut into bite size
- 1/2 tspn pepper powder
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1 tspn soy sauce
- 1 egg white
- 2 tspn oil
- 4 tbls cornflour
- Mix together and set aside 30 minutes.
- Deep fry marinated chicken until brown
Sauce
- 4 tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 tbsp red chillei sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbspn corn flour
- 5-6 tbspn water
- Mix well to make sauce.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil
- 25 gms garlic (10 cloves) stir
- 3-4 tbsp spring onion whites
- 4 dry red chilli (cut)
- Green chilli (cut) 4 nos - fry 2 mins
- Add the sauce mix in
- pinch of salt & pepper
- Cook 1-2 mins on low heat until sauce thickens
- Add chicken - cook high heat for 2 mins
- Add spring onion greens (3 tbspn)
- Stir fry 1 min & serve.
